Delivery Information

Delivery will be made to the address specified by you on the completed order form. We aim to deliver all orders within 3 – 7 working days. All our products are made to order. If we cannot source the item we will contact you to inform you.
Whilst we make every effort to deliver all your goods in the agreed time, we will not be liable if we fail to do so in part or in full due to circumstances beyond our control.
We will not leave good(s) or deliver to neighbours address, and any order needed to be redelivered due to no one in to sign on given day may incur added delivery cost for new delivery date.
 
Deliveries are to UK mainland addresses only. 
We do export or (delivery only) outside of the UK mainland for delivery only and after full payment has been made. All deliveries are handled by a specialist carrier.

Overseas Deliveries - Prints and Rolled Canvas are Delivery only 
For other products (framed Prints, Canvas Prints, Acrylic Prints) delivered will be down to customers responsibility in arranging delivery and DreamGlow Photography will not be held responsible for goods damaged or incorrectly delivered, and we (DreamGlow Photography) will not accept any liability for their loss or damage while in transit. For overseas inquiries, please contact us for price and estimated time for delivery.
 
Please note
· Orders placed over weekends and bank holidays will be processed the next working day.
· We will deliver directly to the address specified in your order.
· We cannot deliver items within the same order to multiple addresses.
· All deliveries will require a signature to confirm receipt.

· Deliveries will be made to your door. We are not responsible for any additional carrying or positioning of goods ordered.
· Please check for damages prior to signing

We want you to be happy with your purchase. Please check the goods on delivery and ensure that your order is undamaged and you are happy with the quality and workmanship of your purchase from DreamGlow Photography. 
We’re sorry but all our products are made to order(s) ( prints, framed prints, canvas prints, rolled canvas prints and Acrylic prints) and can’t be refunded unless they are faulty or damage on transit (UK) for more detail for overseas delivery information please read (overseas deliveries). If your good(s) are damaged in Transit (UK ONLY) we will be more than happy to replace the item(s).The item should be returned to us in its original condition.
